Introduction

Important Notice

From the new academic year in Autumn 2021, Endnote Online will be recommended and supported for all undergraduate and taught postgraduate (PGT) students.

RefWorks will not be supported after 30th September 2021.

This guide is intended to support any students still using RefWorks in the intervening period.  

Otherwise, users should refer to the Starter Guide on setting up and using Endnote Online.

Academic Skills Advisors

Academic Skills Advisors are available to provide help, advice, training, support and documentation to  undergraduate and masters students undertaking research, project work, essays and/or dissertations. Support is provided for all subjects in the form of one-to-one appointments or virtual online help via Skype.
