Literature searching for Medical and Dental Sciences

Conclusion: round-up, further reading and acknowledgements

For those interested in pursuing further detail on literature searching in Medical and Health related subjects in particular, there is an excellent, self-enrol Canvas course on Systematic Literature Searching, from Library Services at the University of Birmingham (requires University login).

  • Direct on Canvas
  • Via Research Skills on the Academic Skills Gateway - go to "Finding and using information" and select "View resources" to see the link to enrol on Systematic Literature Searching (Canvas, UoB login required)

This is aimed at Researchers, but has material useful to anyone undertaking a more detailed literature search in those areas.
