FindIt@Bham

A guide to support the use of the University of Birmingham library catalogue FindIt@Bham.

How to find resource lists

ResourceLists@Bham is the University's reading list system. This is your gateway through to resources and readings recommended by your tutors for specific modules.

Resource Lists provide one-click access to a range of resources, including:

  • books;
  • eBooks;
  • journal articles;
  • scans of print material;
  • websites;
  • videos.

You can find the resource list for your module by entering either the title of the module, the tutor’s name or the module code into the FindIt@Bham search bar, and selecting the Resource Lists button underneath the search bar:

FindIt@Bham search bar with search terms 'mass society and modernity with ResourceLists button highlighted.

This will bring up the record for the list. Select the View Online link to access the Resource List:

Can't find your resource list?

Libraries and Learning Resources work closely with schools and colleges to obtain current resource lists and to order the necessary items in sufficient quantities and formats to allow optimal access to them.

If your module resource list is not there, please let us know at resourcelists@contacts.bham.ac.uk, giving the title of the module and the lecturer’s name so that we can contact them and have the list set up.
