Zotero for starters

Zotero Connector is a browser extension.

​The extension enables individual web pages and other items to be saved directly to your Zotero library. This includes references from databases such as Medline, CINAHL, Web of Science (see "Adding items: databases" in this guide).

Zotero Connector shows as a small icon on the top right of the screen.

Click on the extension tab to save a web page details to Zotero.

NB: this works both for individual pages such as web page, as well as with selected results in some databases, such as Proquest databases or Web of Science.

While the result is being saved, you can specify an individual folder or collection.

If the result has only saved to the complete list within My Library, you can:

• choose that result from the list
• click and drag it to the folder of your choice on the left
